It’s My Park Day is Nov 1st

This year’s fall It’s My Park Day, sponsored by the Austin Parks Foundation, is set for November 1st, 2025. And it’s Dios De Los Muertos, too! Come celebrate the park with us, sign up to help with park projects, bring your tools, and enjoy a great fall morning with your neighbors. Registration opens on October 6th, 2025.

We still need several people to help lead our park projects on IMPD. Our tasks are the usual maintenance we’ve been doing, so being a project leader and guiding neighbors to completion should be pretty simple and straightforward.

• Tool Pickup from APF Site - 1 person with a truck...the most important task for IMPD

• Mulch Leader - 1 person still needed

• Volleyball Court - 1 person

• Root Collar Clearing - 1 person

• Welcome Bed - 1 person who is into gardening

• Registration and Tees - 1 person still needed
